It is Steven, here again to let you know of two important events that are coming up. Starting tonight a student directed production is going to be running in the Waldorf Theater Black Box. Five Women Wearing the Same Dress by Alan Ball is a play directed by Alexandra J. Collins, a sophomore here at Waldorf College. Five Women Wearing the Same Dress is a play about five bridesmaid and the fact that all these women have at some point had a relationship with the bridegroom of the wedding that they are all currently being a bridesmaid for. This play explores the relationship between the groom and five women and how everyone relates to each other. The show will run in the Black Box from 7:30pm-9:30pm starting tonight and running through Thursday Night. Admission to the show is free.
Following that, next week Waldorf Theatre also has another event coming up. The American Shakespeare Company on Saturday March 14th, which is part Waldorf’s Spring Break, the American Shakespeare Company will be performing on Campus, the show Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, a comedy about Hamlet from the prospective of these two guards. The show will be in Smith Theater with pre-show starting at 7pm and the show beginning at 7:30pm . Admission is $5 for the public and $2 for Waldorf Students
